About The Company

I'm Adnan Muhic Owner / Inspector of Care4-312-Home Inspector, LLC. I am a highly experienced Illinois State Licensed Licensed Home Inspector with over 21 year of experience.

I know that choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.

I would like you to know that I personally perform all of the home inspections and write all of the reports. I believe that this allows me to keep the quality and level of service that my customers deserve. I request that if possible, you attend the inspection, as i will be able to explain my findings in detail to you. You will receive your completed report within 24 hours and send a copy of the report to your realtor, attorney, or anyone else you wish.

If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my verry best effort. This I promise you.

Standards of Practice

Inspections are conducted in accordance with the Home Inspection Professional Licensing Act and Illinois State Regulations. Copies of these are provided with the Pre-Inspection Agreement provided prior to the beginning of the inspection and are also available at the Illinois State Government website. Client participation is encouraged as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between the client and the inspector.
